we've changed...but don't just take our word for it

After reading some of the comments, I will have to say that I don't think that I went to the same hotel that some of the guests were describing. I only stayed for one night and I was very comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful and always smiling, the lobby was very beautiful. They provided a computer in the lobby, they also provide free wireless internet throughout the building. The rooms were spacious, carpets, towels, bathroom were clean. The area had a lot of traffic but otherwise from that it was ok. The hotel is located right across the street from a lovely mall, and restaurants which were all walking distance. Someone told me if I had stayed here earlier last year my comment would have been different. They have renovated the rooms I was told new beds, new carpet, and the bar is open. To conclude, I will have to say I really really enjoyed my stay, and if I'm ever in town again I'm sure going to stay there.

I am a local resident of Florida. I came to visit some family members...They recommended the Ramada Inn in the area. ... I was kind of hesitant about staying in a hotel in the area. I went in and looked around first. You know, the atmosphere was nice. People seemed friendly enough. The lobby is really nice. So I said, "why not?'" I went ahead a booked a single room. The room was clean, smelled good, the staff was very nice, sort of like family atmosphere. My GOD, their shower heads are great. If ever I come back to town. I'll probably stay at the Ramada.

I have been Hotel been visiting and staying the Ramada for many years now. I am delighted to see the positive changes and upgrades that the current management has put in place to make our stay as pleasant as if we were staying in The Ritz. Given the following changes I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to any traveler. Here are the changes: New carpeting in all hallways and restaurant New bed linen in all rooms Upgraded bathrooms to include new shower heads and curtains, large towels, adequate supply of soaps, lotions, etc. Free wireless high speed internet in all rooms including the lobby and conference rooms The staff is well trained and they display a high degree of social skills.
